Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and db365 ("db365", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the db365 online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the website at https://db365.bio and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account. db365 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use the db365 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be aged 21 years or older. db365 operates a strict 21+ age policy and will verify player age during the KYC process and at withdrawal stage. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on db365 or have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform for any reason.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You must be the sole beneficial owner of any payment method used to deposit funds to your db365 account. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Account Registration and Security

Each eligible person may hold only one registered account on the db365 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent a restriction, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein. When registering, you agree to the following account obligations:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. db365 will never ask you to share your password via any channel including email, live chat, or phone.
• You must notify db365 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised, accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been shared with or obtained by a third party.
• db365 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all account data, session information, and transaction records. You agree to use the Platform only from devices and networks that are reasonably secure and that you control.
• Account usernames must not impersonate another person, incorporate offensive language, or use the name or branding of db365 or any third-party provider in a manner that suggests official affiliation.
• db365 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or risk to the integrity of the Platform.

db365 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and may require players to complete enhanced due diligence checks, including the submission of source-of-funds documentation, prior to processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by db365 may result in the withholding of withdrawal pending verification.

Deposits and Withdrawals

db365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 across all supported payment methods. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. db365 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Deposits are credited to your db365 account balance in real time following successful confirmation from the payment processor. db365 is not liable for delays caused by the player's bank, mobile wallet provider, or network conditions.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and KYC compliance checks. db365 reserves the right to request documentation at any point during the withdrawal process, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds to the same db365 account, subject to the verification requirements above. db365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously associated with the account.
• Any funds deposited through a payment method that db365 subsequently determines to have been fraudulent, stolen, or obtained unlawfully will be voided. db365 will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in such cases.

db365 does not charge fees on standard bKash and Nagad deposits and withdrawals. Fees imposed by the player's own bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer remain the player's responsibility. Currency conversion fees (where applicable) are outside db365's control and are charged by the payment provider.

Bonuses and Promotions

db365 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed the account registration process and whose account is in good standing with no outstanding KYC requirements at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Each bonus promotion is subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• The welcome bonus is available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once will be treated as bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash at face value prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirement, or used in conjunction with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• db365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Active promotional offers will remain valid for their stated duration unless withdrawn for reasons of fraud prevention or system integrity.

db365 is committed to transparency in all bonus and promotion communications. The full wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable to sports betting promotions), and expiry date of every active bonus will be displayed in the player's account bonus section. Players are encouraged to review the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

Responsible Gaming

db365 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform incorporates a suite of responsible gaming tools designed to help players manage their activity. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that it is your responsibility to manage your play within your personal financial means. db365 offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the db365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where warranted, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to access, interact with, or place wagers on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to exploit the Platform's pricing, systems, or promotional structures.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including proceeds of fraud, theft, or any other unlawful conduct, or using the Platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering.
• Exploiting any software error, technical glitch, or misconfiguration in the Platform's pricing, game engine, or payment system for financial gain.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring account access credentials to any third party, or allowing any third party to use your account for any purpose whatsoever.

Intellectual Property

All content on the db365 Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, text, interface designs, audio, video, and the overall selection and arrangement of content, is the exclusive property of db365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or in any way exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of db365. Unauthorised use of any intellectual property owned by or licensed to db365 will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, db365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if db365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

db365 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. db365 does not guarantee that any game will be available at any given time, that results will be accurate, or that the Platform will meet your specific requirements. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

Privacy and Data Protection

db365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out in full the categories of data collected, the purposes for which that data is used, the legal bases for processing, your rights as a data subject, and how to exercise those rights.

db365 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent. db365 may share data with trusted service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform. All data sharing is governed by appropriate data processing agreements and security standards consistent with the Platform's SSL encryption infrastructure.

Amendments to These Terms

db365 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, db365 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with the player's account. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no fewer than 7 days from the date of notification except where changes are required for legal compliance or fraud prevention, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting db365 customer support. db365 encourages all players to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to db365's operating jurisdiction. db365 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and efficiently. Players with a complaint or dispute are encouraged to contact the db365 customer support team in the first instance via email at [email protected], setting out the nature of the complaint and any relevant supporting information.

db365 aims to respond to and resolve all player complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with the customer support team, db365 will provide the player with information on available escalation and alternative dispute resolution options. Players are reminded that gambling transactions are subject to the Platform's internal dispute resolution process prior to any external escalation.
